Call for papers, posters and workshops - Library Matters conference

The 6^th Library Matters conference organised by Birmingham City University, Library and Learning Resources Division,  will be on 5^th December 2014

 Great expectations: transforming service delivery in a changing world

 

With higher tuition fees and the pressure to increase NSS scores, expectations of library services have never been greater.  At this conference we want to explore:

·         models for frontline services

·         innovative ideas which have transformed service delivery

You are invited to submit papers, seminar proposals, workshop ideas or poster presentations for inclusion in the conference.

Note: Presenters will receive a 50% discount on the conference fee (applies to maximum of 2 presenters per paper).

Significant Dates       

Abstracts to be received by Friday 27^th June 2014
Successful submissions to be notified by Friday 8^th August 2014
Full papers to be submitted by Friday 21^st November 2014
Conference Friday 5^th December 2014
